Casper Weinberger says that he and Governor Reagan never used any of the information from their FBI briefings to harass students or faculty. Uh, huh. Sure. As Bush broadens the FBI's powers to do more domestic intelligence gathering (that is, spying), we need to remember, what goes around comes around. Or as they said centuries ago:
