I was a bit of a geek today. I added a hub in the back room. Now we can have multiple computers on the internet simultaneously in that room. We have a lot of computers. There's the old Power Computer 200MHz 603e that I keep around because it has SCSI and serial ports. The kids use the tangerine iMac to play their games. The G4 Cube is the main computer, it also hosts the 802.11b Airport network. I have a G3 Powerbook with an Airport card that I usually run wireless. I have an older Sony Vaio laptop running Windows ME. And then there's my oldest daughter's new iBook. A nice bit of computing power for your typical Silicon Valley household.
