So the "Patriot Act" of October 2001 gives the FBI the power to search library records. Yes, they're looking for terrorists, so I imagine they're mostly interested in guys checking out books with "certain" words in the title, such as Sad MACs, Bombs and Other Disasters: And What to Do about Them
