A friend and I went to the ArtCar Fest at the plaza in front of the San Jose Museum of Art today. It was amazing. There were about 30 cars with modifications and paint and stuff stuck all over them. It's nearly impossible to describe. Many of them looked like leftovers from a MAD MAX movie. Others seemed to have every Happy Meal toy ever created glued on with Silicon Sealant. My favorite was the Camera Van, with hundreds of cameras, lens, light meters, and other photography paraphernalia. If you missed it in San Jose, the cars will be going to the How Berkeley Can You Be? festival on Sunday.
