I agree with Michael Flaminio at Insanely Great Mac, who says Apple's iSync is a great way to synchronize two Macs. I was updating my Address Book this weekend, sitting in my backyard, enjoying the great weather. Once back in range of my Airport network, I clicked iSync on my laptop. Later I clicked iSync on my desktop computer and all of my information is up to date.

Some synchronization capabilities I hope to see in future releases:
Web browser book marks
iTunes Playlists
NetNewsWire subscriptions
Stickies
Plain Text Lists (I am an incurable list maker)
