John's inluminent/weblog is mucked up right now. He says it's a problem caused by his ISP upgrading something. Just a couple days ago he was saying "If you need a host for a website, I'd recommend Intuitive ISP, as they've always been able to do that little something extra when asked. That's the mark of a good customer experience mantra..."
