Viruses have infected at least 80 percent of China's computers...

...China's 92 percent software piracy rate -- second worst in the world, according to the Business Software Alliance...

The first article mentions that not many of the computers in China are even connected to the internet, so it's not like they're downloading the viruses. When I was in Asia a few years ago, you could buy the latest version of any Microsoft product, in shrinkwrapped boxes, with CD's with printed labels. Some even included the documentation. Nothing was over $25.
