I'm just relaxing around the house this afternoon - no malls for me today. Yesterday we had a simple Thanksgiving feast at home. Just the five of us for a change, no visitors. The turkey was smaller than usual, but one of the best we ever cooked. We had a great stuffing (bread cubes, onions, garlic, celery, apple, portobello mushrooms), mashed potatoes, corn, peas, yams, cranberry sauce, gravy and some just cooked bread from R2D2 (our breadmachine who looks very much like its namesake). Everything was delicious and I ate just enough to feel comfortably stuffed but not so full I had unbutton the top button of my pants.

The weather is nice...sunny and fairly warm, the thermometer says 61 right now. I think I will go wash my car.
