Wall Street firm Bear Sterns announced that its employees need to start dressing like business people again. I think that makes sense. Whether you like it or not, you are often judged by your appearance. I know I look sharp when I head to work. Since last December I have been working for a company that requires business attire each day. Business casual is tolerated on Friday, but that still means nice slacks, at least a sports shirt, and something other than sneakers.
