I was on the phone with a customer who works in the Federal Division of a large Silicon Valley graphics workstation company. Her office is in Silver Springs, Maryland. I mentioned that I had lived along the beltway (Virginia side) and we shared some stories. I asked how they were all doing out there and she told me that everyone is scared. Terrified to let their children play outside, looking over their shoulders as they get out of their cars, jumping at any loud noise. I agree with Oliver that the sniper is a disgusting psychopath. I wish the law enforcement agencies the best in finding and STOPPING this waste of human life.
