LOCAL ART News: 15 SOUTH BAY ARRESTS IN GRAFFITI STING. Actually, most of the graffiti I have seen in this area has been bad and unoriginal. It's mostly tagging, with no sense of style, lack of color and minimal creative expression. Our graffiti "artists" just seem intent on making a mess. Every once in a while I see a freight train go by with some excellent artwork from a spray gunner down the rails.
